Chuck has been a full time Realtor® in the Boise area since 1981. Kathie has been selling real estate full time since 1984. Chuck has earned the CSP designation. This Realtor designation stands for "Certified New Home Sales Professional". Realtors with this designation have completed an intensive courses offered by the Institute of Residential Marketing, a subsidiary of the National Association of Home Builders. Areas of study including the technical side of home construction, differences between selling new and resale homes, selling from blueprints, energy efficiency, and more. These Realtors are experts in the field of new construction.

Chuck was born and raised in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. He moved to Boise in 1977, attended Boise State University obtaining a bachelor of a business degree. Licensed and active in Boise area Real Estate Sales and Development since 1981, Chuck is dedicated to service & detail. Chuck has a 18 year old son currently attending college.
